The Full Trailer For Ridley Scott’s ‘Prometheus’
Over the weekend the full trailer for Ridley Scott’s ‘Prometheus’ was released as promised, and it was well-worth the wait. The full trailer for ‘Prometheus’ gives more of a deeper understanding of what the story will be, but also reveals more of the film’s ‘ALIEN’ based origins. There’s glimpses of the shape jockey, the alien ship from ‘ALIEN’ and what appears to be an early version of the face hugger pods. This trailer also delivers more on the android Michael Fassbender, which a new viral video confirmed his character David is a creation of the Weyland Corporation. ‘Prometheus’ might be denying it’s ties to the ‘ALIEN’ franchise in all of the promotional materials, but aesthetically and conceptually it’s an ‘ALIEN’ prequel, and I couldn’t be more excited about the promise of that.
The official synopsis for ‘Prometheus’:
